Alison has been asked to provide evidence as to how well the City Council engages and communicates with Parish Councils to the Scrutiny Committee of WCC. 

In particular they want:

Evidence of good practice

Evidence of engagement which has been less effective (Banner Homes Application?)

Ideas on what it could better

If anyone has any suggestions please bring them to the meeting.
