A31 Operation Resilience

A31_Operation_ResilienceAs part of the programme of works being undertaken by Operation Resilience, we will shortly be undertaking carriageway resurfacing works on A31 Alresford Road, west bound carriageway layby, located between Rodfield Lane and Chapel Lane.

The works are programmed to start 16th December 2019 and are expected to last for up to 4 days. During which time the layby will be closed. The resurfacing of the layby will be completed without a restriction to working hours, however any works that will require traffic management on A31 Alresford Road will be restricted to 09:30-16:00hrs.

Information signs advising carriageway users of the resurfacing will be erected before the start of works and an email will be sent to Winchester City Council and Itchen Valley Parish Council to advise them accordingly.

Should you have any questions or require further information please contact the Operation Resilience team on 01962 813063 or email operation.resilience@hants.gov.uk.
